what happens after you go trhough the academy for sir tydus. i mean it all, drawl cave, old ascolon, the breah, what ever, what will happen?

after the academy you have the whole game ahead of you

after that in about 6 months (hopefully on schedule) a new (optional) *CHAPTER* will be available to buy which has new content of about the entire original game (much more than an expansion).

the only way back to green askalon is a new character.

i will keep one character there permanently for vacations as it is beautiful there

so after the academy you get new towns to visit? i mean, will be able to find real poeple again right?

after the academy take a look at the map and zoom out

what you had before is but a pinpoint on the whole map of possible places

I got confused..entered the academy with a stranger...got through...then into old Ascalon wreckage...what is one supposed to do other than run around in inferior armour and piddly weapons taking on 3 nasties at a time with nowhere to buy anything and no one to tell us where to go to get to civilization?

they defnatley need to work on that some. I went through yesterday atleast 12 times. Had 3 npc's helping me, sometimes myself and 2 npcs would die, and the last wouldnt, i would then have to log out, and wehn logged back in would be at the begging near the drawl cave. And the idea of "once your in , theres no return" well thats jsut plain stupid. After many many attempts, i had to delete my level 5 Elem. and start a new toon because i could not complete the mission. I'm scared to start it now at games release, as i know i will be even more pissed if i get stuck. I know next time around, i will level to atleast level 8 before entering academy, and if i cant pass it then, well, lets jsut say i wont be happy.

yes you see real people again...you move to the city where there are people level 5 and up mostly and you do missions....Sir Tydus is still there too.

This transition i think is very confusing....and i dont like i cant go back and dump some of the collectibles like lodestones...trade them in for the items...

Glad i found that out now and wont waste them when game comes out

But the armor and weapons are pretty feeble. You step into post sear and it can get scary. There you asre with no easy access to good stuff getting killled over and over and not sure what you should be doing.

All you have to do is run to the gate of Ascalon after the grawls...it's a huge city with plenty of people/armor/stuff to buy. Killing all the grawls can be tough if you're not very strong, just try to lure them away from the group.

I made it past the grawls with my lvl 7 ranger with a lvl 3 Warrior, we weren't that strong. Also made it with my lvl 6 Necro with a Healer NPC. Just gotta be careful.

I dont see how it is stupid, your still in the same place, just in a diferent time. How could you go travel back to the perfect asalon after its been destroyed?

I dont see how people are having problems, i was lvl 4 and had none what so ever with my War/Necro. As a matter of fact i was thinking that they should up the difficulty in post serian asalon. that could just be me tho............
